Ivana Bartoletti
Ivana Bartoletti is one of the world's leading authorities on AI governance, privacy, and responsible technology. She works at the intersection of business strategy, law, and society, helping global organisations navigate the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence with rigour, integrity, and vision.
As Vice President and Global Chief Privacy & AI Governance Officer at Wipro, one of the world's largest technology and consulting companies, she leads the work of embedding ethical principles, legal safeguards, and privacy by design into AI at global scale. She is responsible for ensuring that both Wipro's internal AI initiatives and those it delivers for clients are developed responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with the rapidly evolving global regulatory landscape.
Beyond her corporate role, Ivana advises the Council of Europe on AI and gender rights, where she co-authored a landmark study on the impact of artificial intelligence on equality and non-discrimination, launched at the Internet Governance Forum in Kyoto. She has held a Visiting Policy Fellowship at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford, and was appointed inaugural Visiting Cybersecurity and Privacy Executive Fellow at Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
She is the founder of Women Leading in AI, an international network of women from business, academia, law, and politics working to ensure AI is governed in the interests of everyone.
